Golf Tips – Hit The Driver 300+ Yards!!!

www.rdbgolftips.com – Download this tip FREE on Ron’s site. This is the only time you hang back on your back foot while striking the ball…… Ron’s Passive Golf Method is about rotating the core of your body and following the eye line through the swing. This is the same swing method Tiger Woods has been talking about converting to due to the stress of his heavy tourqing. This is also the same swing that Ana Sorenstam has been using for the last few years. Yes, rotating the head with the turn of the right shoulder along with a passive grip as well as a loaded left side (irons and fairway woods) is what Ron del Barrios Passive golf swing is all about. Stack and Tilt or Stack and Blast?

    Ok guy’s, been using this method for a couple of months now. I was a good ball striker to begin with my irons but my driver lacked consistency. I wasn’t looking for length but I wanted a smooth repeatable swing that i could trust when the pressure was on. I am hitting all my shots straight now and my driver is 35 yards longer with less effort. pay attention to the grip it’s key to this swing. Thanks Ron you’re a star!!!

    And a general statement to all beginners, if you are going to think about that stuff, only do it at the driving range. Practice enough until it becomes second nature, then you wont have to think about it at the course.

    @ADAIVl
    Me too, but if the driver not working, I will hit 3 wood. I feel better after a sweet shot than a good mis-hit. You are a scratch golfer if you shoot par, so you know what I mean.

  7. ADAIVl says:

    @sparwood8 Well, i preffer to hit my driver on every hole(unless they are too short for it) when my driver is on, i only miss 1 or 2 fairways(only by a few feet). If u are ar a 320yd hole you could hit two 8irons if you really want. i’d hit driver still.BUT, you can just hit whatever fits ur game and whatever you are most comfortable with.
    Thats all for me

  8. sparwood8 says:

    @ADAIVl That’s unusual, unless you are just referring to your woods. My best percentages off the tee are with my 3 wood. So I give up 18 yards. So long as I am a 7 iron out, I don’t sweat the yardage off the tee.
    I still go with the Big D … 11 deg loft though

  9. ADAIVl says:

    @sparwood8 doesnt matter what you hit off the tee as long as it is playable, but my driver is normally my most accurate club.

  10. sparwood8 says:

    @ADAIVl
    First time I broke 80 I used a 3 wood off the tee. Longest drive maybe 270, average 255-60

  11. senorchipotle says:

    @sparwood8… yes they are, and this vid is teaching you how to do one.

  12. ADAIVl says:

    @sparwood8 ummm…. I can break 70… thanks anyways… but if u hit ur driver out of bounds the 14 times add up all the penaltie shots.. its a lot… From my experience driving and putting is the most important, because whenever i never miss the fairway with my driver i shoot around par. when i miss the fairway all the time it is very discouraging, but u must make it up around the green by putting good.

    @favre4beast
    So can I. the distance is about 100 yards

  14. sparwood8 says:

    My longest ever = 319. handful around 298-301. Average 265-280. If you try and remember all that stuff you won’t swing smooth. Just hit the ball.

  15. sparwood8 says:

    Practise chipping and putting.

  16. sparwood8 says:

    @ADAIVl
    find a good pro and take a few lessons. Read Gelway’s ‘The Inner Game Of Golf.’
    I broke 80 same year I got that book.

    If you can be 3 over on par 3 golf, you should be able to break 80 if you never hit anything over 240. Once in a while, leave your Driver in the car trunk and hit 3 wood off the tee.
    Driving Range, Practise with your 5 and 7 irons, do drills. Most hit the whole bucket w the driver. You only hit 14 drives a round. + 4 par 3’s. where the other shots come from?

  17. sparwood8 says:

    @senorchipotle
    Reverse C’s are hard to fix. Drive will look like a giant 6 iron, maybe 220 instead of 275

  18. sparwood8 says:

    @MegaWasko
    Yeah. sure you do.

  19. sparwood8 says:

    @favre4beast

    LOL that might have been just 100 yards

  20. favre4beast says:

    No fer realz man! Once i hit it from the 1st tee to the 18th green

  21. SniperKingz says:

    @favre4beast Wow you are 100% lying. Tiger Woods is a pro player and his average is 324….. You are telling me that you can hit about 300 yrds farther then Tiger on average? Fucking Bullshit

  22. senorchipotle says:

    i’m going to have to disagree with this method. this driver advice will have people doing reverse c’s, topping drives, and pull/pull hooking shots all day long. every single great driver of the ball shifts his hips forward a good 6 in. and gets momentum going laterally on the downswing. the head stays back, hips go forward.
