I love soccer and I want to become a pro like my idol Ronaldinho Gaucho.I want to know these two questions.
1. How quick do pro soccer players (midfielders and forwards) need to finish a mile run.I heard they need to at least run for and hour but I don’t know how fast mph they need to run it.
2. How long are pro soccer players (midfielders and forwards) need to run on the treadmill.

  1. Kevin k (?) says:

An average English Premier League Player runs 11 Miles a game.

But people like Gerrard and Essien can run 13

All that doesn’t matter, it comes with training. What really matters is the skill and talent to play in a team spirit

like answerer 1 said like 9-11miles, but players with high stamina like the famous players—maximium14-15miles, i run for 3 m per game and i dont know the speed for the players

endurance is VERY important in football.

but speed and stamina will be useless IF you dont have great ball control, vision, or composure.

trust me, coaches dont really care about extreme speed if you dont have ball control and touch. thats the essence of football: control and touch
